My Basic Plan

I suggest you keep things very simple.  This list helps you keep track of what you are trying to do on a daily basis in order to accomplish youer goal of being free of cancer.  If you have not done everything on this list, you are off target.  Your cancer fighting plan should include all of these:

ALL ORGANIC FOOD - MOSTLY RAW VEGETABLES

​​ALKALINE WATER​

     If you have cancer, your system is too acidic.  Cancer cannot live in an alkaline environment, so I recommend drinking             only alkaline water while you are getting yourself cancer-free. - here

REGULAR EXERCISE

     Exercise infuses fresh oxygen into your cells, in short, and cancer cannot live in an oxygen rich environment.  So the 

             more regularly you exercise, the greater your ability to create an atmosphere in which cancer cannot survive.  

             In short, pump up the oxygen intake, cut down the cancer's ability to thrive.  Here are a couple of articles to help

EFT 2/3 TIMES DAILY

BATHS TO REMOVE TOXINS

     Use a home bath spa to take warm baths with Epsom salt (unless you also have a heart condition), baking soda, 

           lavender oil, 2 tablespoons of parsley, 1 tablespoon of oregano, one tablespoon of Indian Clay, at least twice a

           day.  Use only oatmeal soap, no other soap or body wash.
